The next morning, the party woke up to find Adonis missing, his room empty and undisturbed other than a chair facing the door with a silver potion atop it. Dhrys recognized this chair placement as a message in Theives' Cant, basically stating that Adonis was gone, but there was no need for worry. With a free day ahead of them, the party decided they wanted to do some shopping, then take on one of the missions given to them by Haara. Lucien and Kimberly made some purchases at the general store, then found a small magic shop called "M's Wondrous Wares". There, they met an odd woman with purple hair, who offered them a wide array of magical items to purchase. Kimberly settled on buying some potions. Everyone having checked out the wares at this magical pop-up shop, the party decided to move onto the mission that Haara had given them: to investigate the disappearance of two of her adventurers.
